In 1976, America celebrated her bicentennial, and Chaparral Land Company celebrated its birth. Those were simpler times, when business between trusted parties could still be guaranteed with a handshake. Today, realities necessitate that business be transacted by contract, but we at Chaparral Land Company still believe strongly, as did our founders decades earlier, in the values of loyalty, integrity and trust.

2011 marks an exciting period of growth and promise for Chaparral Land Company, as we officially integrate with longtime business partner GW Realty Company. In doing so, we bring together two firms with shared values and a shared vision. Led by the company's principals, Dana Levy and Graham G. Weiss, we serve our clients' best interests through hard work, extensive market knowledge and extraordinary service. The advantages we can now provide are remarkable, due to our strength of scale, breadth of experience and the depth of relationships we have built with key real estate, banking and lending industry figures throughout California.
