San Diego, CA — A 15.9 acre property (assessor's parcel 173-183-01, 173-250-06, 173-300-10), located in the North San Diego County City of Vista, on the southeast corner of East Vista Way and Foothill Drive, has been sold for an undisclosed amount.
The Buyer was Torrey Investors LLC, a California limited liability company controlled by Arlen Capital and Urban West Strategies. Arlen Capital and Urban West Strategies are currently working on a number of exciting urban infill projects in Southern California, and have partnered on numerous mixed-use, infill developments in Southern California.
The Seller was Chengsan B. Kuo and Shuling T. Kuo, private investors.
The Buyer has been working with city planners for the past 12 months in order to perfect their submittal, and plans on processing a Specific Plan that will include a mix of residential densities. Currently, the ultimate unit count and mix are not determined; however, an initial submittal consisting of 66 live-work units and 53 single family homes has been submitted to the City of Vista Planning Department.
