San Diego, California/March 8, 2007 — For an undisclosed price, Blokhaus Development has purchased "Prado Walk," an approved 22 unit town home development located at 526 E. Grape Street. The seller of the property was The Olson Company, a company well know for its innovative infill developments throughout California.
Blokhaus Development is a San Diego based builder that specializes in urban infill development and adaptive reuse. Blokhaus is purchasing Prado Walk with all architectural plans complete, and grading permit to be issued shortly. The town homes range in size from 1,520SF to 3,030 SF, include a two car tandem garage, and some units will afford views of both Balboa Park, and San Diego Harbor.
Mr. Graham Weiss and Mr. Scott Goligoski of GW Realty Company represented the Olson Company, and were the sole brokers in this transaction.
