Coleman College to relocate La Mesa Campus to Kearny Mesa: December 2005

San Diego, California — The Coleman Foundation, parent entity of "Coleman College", has purchased a 90,000+/- SF office/industrial building located at 8888 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, 92123, from Horizon Christian Fellowship. The Coleman Foundation plans to make significant improvements to the existing building in an effort to relocate Coleman College, a computer and technology oriented college, from its current location in La Mesa, California to a more central location in Kearny Mesa. Scott Goligoski of GW Realty Co. represented The Coleman Foundation, and was the sole broker involved in this transaction.

Mr. Goligoski's is also working with a national home builder to purchase and redevelop Coleman College's 9+/- acre La Mesa campus. Entitlements are currently being processed with the City of La Mesa to create a new infill attached community. This transaction is expected to close March 2006.
