San Diego, CA — Fowler Flanagan Partners, LLC, closed escrow on the 37 acre Flying Flags RV Resort. The RV Resort is located 45-minutes north of Santa Barbara, just off Highway 101, 3-miles west of Solvang, "The Danish Capitol of America". Located in the City of Buellton overlooking the magnificent Santa Ynez River to the south, the resort consists of 249-spaces with clubhouse, full recreational facilities and considerable undeveloped land for expansion. The GW Realty Co. team of Graham G. Weiss and Frank M. Webb acted as exclusive listing agent for the seller, Sunray Properties, and also represented the buyer.
The acquisition will allow Fowler Flanagan Partners entry into the prime, highly competitive Santa Barbara County recreational/resort market. Additionally, the undeveloped portion of the property affords a variety of interesting development opportunities.
