San Marcos, CA — ColRich completed its acquisition of Ecco at Old Creek Ranch. The project consists of 6.23 gross acres and is tentative map approved for 140 townhomes. The property is located at Paseo Plomo and San Elijo Road. Housing Capital Corp. was the seller and the project was purchased to immediately begin land development and home construction.
The deal was an 'all cash' transaction and the purchase price is confidential.
