City Ventures, LLC completed its purchase of 34 blue-topped lots within the Dolcetto at La Costa Ridge community in Carlsbad, CA. The 7.5-acre property is located at Sitio Tortuga and Corintia Street. City Ventures, LLC has already begun installing wet utilities and plans to commence home construction next month.
Dolcetto at La Costa Ridge was originally developed and sold by Real Estate Collateral Management, Inc. It is one of many neighborhoods within the four Villages of La Costa. City Ventures, LLC intends to complete this neighborhood by building the same product that was originally approved by the City of Carlsbad.
