The selected buyer, City Ventures LLC, gained the property through an all cash as is transaction. The property, which is located at Turf Club Drive and Crosby Club Drive, was originally developed by John Laing Homes, who faced foreclosure in 2009.
With the acquisition of the 6 finished lots in Crosby Villas, City Ventures LLC, hopes to build upon their recent success of finishing partially-completed subdivisions in San Diego County. They intend to immediately commence construction and home sales with ultimate execution of the product originally designed by John Laing Homes.
