Temecula, CA — Lennar, Standard Pacific and KB Homes completed their purchase of 291 graded lots within the Paseo Del Sol community in Temecula, CA. Newland Communities was the original developer for the entire master plan and seller of this property. The site consists of three different planning areas and is located at the SW terminus of Butterfield Stage Road and Pauba Road. All three builders purchased the lots in an 'all cash' transaction with the intention to immediately resume site development work and build homes.
