Scripps Ranch, CA — The Warmington Co. completed its sale of 19 finished lots within the Viscaya at Stonebridge Estates community in Scripps Ranch, CA. The property is located at Stonebridge Parkway and Cobblecreek Lane. The buyer, City Ventures LLC, intends to immediately build out the project.
Viscaya was sold via two separate lot takedowns. The first takedown occurred in August 2009 and the second takedown closed in March 2010. The deal was an 'all cash - as is'transaction, and the purchase price is confidential.
