San Diego, California — Intracorp-LA has completed the purchase of 37 town-home lots from Lennar Homes in the unincorporated area within the City of Los Angeles commonly known as Westchester.
The property, located at the south east corner of Manchester Avenue and Belford Avenue, a former Jewish temple, was acquired and entitled by Lennar's former subsidiary Greystone Homes.
Intracorp, headed by Division President Peter Laeuner, intends on breaking ground immediately. The project will consist of 37; three story town-homes ranging in size from 1227-1612 square feet with prices starting in the mid $450,000's. Intracorp jumped on the opportunity to pursue this "building permit ready" project in such a prestigious location within the City of Los Angeles.
