Dana became Chaparral’s primary broker in 1998, at which time he expanded the company’s market presence beyond Southern California. He is intimately familiar with the residential entitlement process, from raw land acquisition through delivered finished lots. His ability to facilitate the most complex transactions and leverage productive relationships among high profile decision makers is unmatched in the industry. During his career, Dana has personally been involved with over $2.5 billion worth of real estate transactions.
