Gary Arendts joined Chaparral Land Company in 1996, bringing extensive land brokerage expertise throughout the Southern California region. He specializes in the representation of investors, developers and builders in the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. His ability to locate, analyze and complete a successful transaction has given him an outstanding reputation and track record in his field. Gary has been involved in the sale of over 8,000 residential lots and dozens of investment properties throughout his career.

Prior to joining Chaparral, Gary successfully represented residential land and commercial/investment property transactions at Grubb & Ellis. He has been a licensed California Real estate professional since 1993 and is a CCIM candidate. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Diego State University.
