Ron Fontaine joined Chaparral Land Company in 2003 and provides land brokerage services to homebuilders, developers, banks and private/institutional investors. Ron facilitates the acquisition and disposition of raw land, bank notes and finished lots throughout the Central Valley region. Extensive local market knowledge and a strong network of relationships in the development community are the underlying keys to his success in identifying and securing the most profitable residential and commercial properties for his clients. His ability to provide equitable customer service to seller and buyer brings value to the contract negotiations, financial analysis and due diligence phases of a successful land transaction.

Ron has been a licensed California real estate agent since 2003 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the San Diego State University School of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Business Marketing.
