Scott Trickle joined Chaparral Land Company in 1999 to initially implement and oversee expansion efforts for the company’s brokerage services into Northern California. As President of this sector, he has been directly responsible for establishing and increasing market share in this territory. His efforts have assisted Chaparral Land Company in becoming one of the premier brokerage firms on the west coast.

Scott specializes in the representation of investors, banks, land sellers, developers and homebuilders in the East Bay and Sacramento markets. Since joining Chaparral Land Company, Scott has been involved in the sale of more than 7,500 lots with gross sales exceeding half-billon dollars to date.

Prior to his tenure at Chaparral, Scott was an owner and principal for six years at Gear International Trading Company, where he directed the overseas manufacturing and distribution efforts for a wide array of OEM recreational products stateside. Scott has been a licensed California real estate professional since 1999 and majored in Business Administration at California State University in Chico, California.
