Ms. Morrison joined the Chaparral Land Company team in June of 2010 as Marketing Coordinator. She is instrumental in the creation and distribution of documents that are integral to the property marketing process. She schedules the work flow of listing announcements, property informational packages, and press releases for Chaparral Land Company's team of brokers.

Prior to joining the Chaparral Land Company team, Ms. Morrison embarked on a wide variety of initiatives as the Public Relations and Marketing assistant at an Irish bar and grill. She created unique promotions and arranged presence at many community events to engage current customers while attracting new ones. While attending Chapman University in Orange County, she experienced her first taste of project planning as an assistant to a Project Manager at a full-service marketing agency. She assisted in the completion of multiple marketing objectives, promoting cohesiveness between clients and various in-house departments.
