Dana Levy joined Chaparral Land Company in 1989 to work with his father, Duane Levy, who started the family-owned business in 1976. Mr. Levy became Chaparral Land Company's primary broker in 1998, at which time he expanded the company's market presence beyond Southern California. He is intimately familiar with the residential entitlement process, from raw land acquisition through delivered finished lots. His ability to facilitate the most complex transactions and leverage productive relationships among high profile decision makers is unmatched in the industry. During his career, Mr. Levy has personally been involved with over $2.5 billion worth of real estate transactions.

Mr. Levy has established solid relationships with national banks and investment institutions. His reputation as a veteran broker has earned him respect that few other California brokers can claim.
