Mr. Weiss was the founder of GW Realty Co. which merged with Chaparral Land Company in 2011 after a successful informal partnership of almost 20 years. Mr. Weiss has been involved in real estate transactions totaling more than $2 billion in all six metropolitan counties throughout Southern California. As a principal broker Mr. Weiss is recognized as one of the foremost land transaction specialists in Southern California. Accordingly, he has become a highly sought advisor to national homebuilders and apartment developers who desire to enter or improve their presence in the Southern California marketplace.
