Scott Trickle joined Chaparral Land Company in 1999 to implement and oversee expansion efforts for the company's brokerage services into Northern California. Mr. Trickle has been directly responsible for establishing and increasing market share in this territory. His efforts have assisted Chaparral Land Company in becoming one of the premier brokerage firms in Northern California.
Mr. Trickle specializes in the representation of investors, banks, land sellers, developers and homebuilders in the East Bay and Sacramento markets. Since joining Chaparral Land Company, Mr. Trickle has been involved in the sale of more than 30,000 lots with gross sales exceeding $1 billion to date.
